On Thursday, Centennial faced Las Vegas in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Centennial Bulldogs walked away with a 28-18 win over the Las Vegas Wildcats. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

She has been hot, having posted two or more sacks the last five times she's played. Kairi Tabunar was another major factor on D, making ten total tackles and snagged an interception.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mya Walt, who rushed for 109 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries. Zoe David was another key back, rushing for 62 yards and one touchdown.
The victory got Centennial back to even at 5-5. As for Las Vegas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
Centennial has already played their next contest, a 31-0 win against Cheyenne on the 2nd. As for Las Vegas, they will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Clark at 8:00 a.m. Las Vegas is facing Clark at the right time seeing as Clark is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
