Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Lynchburg-Clay ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They managed a 50-46 win over Peebles. That looming 50-46 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Lynchburg-Clay yet this season.
McClain bumped their record down to 1-4 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lynchburg-Clay, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
