Soryah Hart was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
The victory got Cathedral back to even at 10-10. As for Avon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cathedral will stay at home for another game and welcome Huntington North at 7:30 p.m. on January 20th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Huntington North is ranked 96th, while Cathedral is ranked 74th). As for Avon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fishers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Fishers is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 56.5 points per game.
