The victory was some much needed relief for the Devils as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Sedan got a massive performance out of Jourdyn Mashburn, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Mallory Darnall was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Sedan kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 23 hits. They are 2-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
Sedan's win bumped their record up to 2-17. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
As of now, neither Sedan nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
