Baseball Recap: Monday's Win Is Sasakwa's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

The Sasakwa Vikings got the win against the Springer Cardinals on Monday by a conclusive 13-5.

Sasakwa let Ayden Livesay and Micah Wheeler run wild. Livesay went 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs, while Wheeler scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases Wheeler has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Jones, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
