Amityville Memorial extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 8-3 in the process. They were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Central Islip Musketeers. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

As for Central Islip, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17. On the bright side, the four- run performance marked their highest-scoring contest to date.

For Central Islip's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ian McGee, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Antonio Esteves also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Coming up, Amityville Memorial will head out on the road to take on Smithtown Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Islip, they will square off against William Floyd at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
