Meanwhile, Streetsboro put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Sunday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 45-13 victory over North. The win was familiar territory for Streetsboro who now have three in a row.
Norton's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Streetsboro, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.
Norton came up short against Streetsboro in their previous meeting last Friday, falling 45-38. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Streetsboro's Naomi Benson, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 16 rebounds.
