The Hedley Owls's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They fell 38-25 to Kelton. Hedley lost against Kelton in their previous head to head back in December of 2021, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 31-24 score last time.
Hedley's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Maddie Moore, who scored 8 points, and Kaitin Elhert who scored 8 points.
Hedley's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Kelton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Hedley will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Memphis. As for Kelton, they will square off against Christ the King Cathedral at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
