The Oak Grove Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Warrensburg on the road and fell 60-29. Oak Grove was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Warrensburg apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Despite the loss, Oak Grove had strong showings from Phillip Nadeau, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals, and Jaxson Ford, who scored seven points.
Oak Grove has not been sharp recently as the team has lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for Warrensburg, they pushed their record up to 7-12 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
Oak Grove didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-45 win vs. Clinton on the 9th. Warrensburg has also already played their next game, a 50-43 victory against Center on the 8th.
