Sacred Heart Prep's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Drew Wagner, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals. Wagner continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was TJ O'Brien, who scored 17 points along with 4 steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Sacred Heart Prep and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Sequoia, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Sacred Heart Prep will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against St. Ignatius College Preparatory at 7:00 p.m. As for Sequoia, they will head out on the road to face off against Alisal at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Alisal focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Saturday.
