West Central Valley will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Mt. Ayr at 7:00 PM.
West Central Valley have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put a hurting on Nodaway Valley to the tune of 62-12. West Central Valley were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Last week, Mt. Ayr came out on top in a nail-biter against Clarke, sneaking past 16-14. The success made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Ayr.
Their wins bumped Mt. Ayr to 3-1 and West Central Valley to 1-3. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Mt. Ayr and West Central Valley clash.
