The Eagle Ridge Christian Eagles will face off against the Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Friday, Eagle Ridge Christian came up short against Mississippi Valley Christian and fell 45-33.
Meanwhile, Westwood Baptist Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to Thomas Jefferson School for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-15 victory on the road. The victory was just what Westwood Baptist Academy needed coming off of a 49-26 defeat in their prior matchup.
It was another big night for Katie Gross, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 18 rebounds. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Westwood Baptist Academy's points. Sydney Hawley was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with four steals and two blocks.
Eagle Ridge Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Westwood Baptist Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-3.
