On Friday, Marblehead put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They were the clear victor by a 37-12 margin over Gloucester. The win was familiar territory for Marblehead, who now have six in a row.
Marblehead added further sheen to their flawless record, now 6-0. With their first loss of the season, Gloucester fell to 5-1.
Marblehead will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Danvers. Unlike Marblehead, Danvers will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Gloucester, they will face off against Medford. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
