Pinnacle Classical Academy came tearing into Monday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over The Master's Academy Lions. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Holden Austin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up ten Ks.

On the hitting side, Cody Humphries was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI. Those doubles marked the first that he hit this season.

Pinnacle Classical Academy pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for The Master's Academy, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.

Pinnacle Classical Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-3 loss against Community Christian Academy on the 28th. As for The Master's Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-2 win against Bethel Christian Academy on the 28th.
