The Sheldon Huskies waltzed into their matchup  on Wednesday with five straight wins  but they left with six. They snuck past Franklin with a  73-68 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sheldon to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jaden Woodard, who  scored 22 points along with two  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tyler Rattler, who  scored 14 points along with eight  assists.
 Sheldon has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 18-5.
 Sheldon will head out on the road to  face off against  Venture Academy at 8:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Franklin, they will look to defend their home court  on Friday against Pleasant Grove at 7:30  p.m. Pleasant Grove is coming into the  contest on a five-game losing streak.
