Pocahontas had a rough outing against Southeast Valley last Friday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Pocahontas walked away with a 15-6 victory. The success represented a nice turnaround for them, who in their last game suffered a tough 14-48 defeat.
The win bumped Pocahontas' record up to 1-2. Northwest Webster are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Pocahontas take on Alta/Aurelia at 7:00 PM. As for Northwest Webster, they will face off against South Hamilton.
