Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oak Ridge). Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 82-37 stomp they got against the North Forest Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the War Eagles have posted since November 30, 2023.

The win made it two in a row for Oak Ridge and bumps their season record up to 8-11. As for North Forest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Ridge will square off against Concordia Lutheran at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oak Ridge has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for North Forest, they will face off against Scarborough at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. North Forest is facing Scarborough at the right time seeing as Scarborough is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
