The Keenan Raiders waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Columbia 76-20 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Keenan has managed all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Keenan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Taelor Lee-sutton, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. Lee-sutton has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aareonna Cuaghman, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 rebounds.
Keenan has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for Columbia, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-18.
Keenan will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Griffins at 6:30 p.m. on February 6th. Columbia will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Shamrocks at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th.
