Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jotham Amodo, who posted 17 points and four steals. Amodo has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last three times he's played. RG Garcia was another key player, putting up 13 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds.
It was another big night for Ernie Laulu, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 12 boards for Taft. Laulu is becoming a predictor of Taft's success: when he posts at least ten rebounds the team is 6-3 (and 8-9 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Andrade, who scored 14 points.
