 At the plate,  Ryan Shantz was a standout: he went 4-for-5 with a  triple, a  stolen base,  and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tommy Koroly, who  went 3-for-5 with three  runs, a  triple,  and two  RBI.
 On Thomas Jefferson's side,  Alec Warden made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 The  victory (which was North Catholic's fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-5. As for Thomas Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 19-3.
