Makenzie Rapalee posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Rapalee and Dorman will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Wade Hampton at 7:30 p.m. Dorman is a perfect 8-0 against Wade Hampton going back to March of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
