Softball Recap: Holt Has No Trouble Against Waverly

Holt lost to Waverly on Thursday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Rams blew past the Warriors 13-4. Considering the Rams have won five matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Holt's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Waverly, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holt will head out to take on East Lansing at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Waverly, they will face off against Harper Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Beavers have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season.
