Brayden Loyd Dazzles in Seymour Victory
Starting off the list is Seymour's Brayden Loyd, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Loyd threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 112 yards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Loyd might just drop another big game when he faces off against Electra on Friday. Loyd threw for 438 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 76.3% of his passes the last time he and the Tigers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Brock Belcher's big game helped extend Windthorst's winning streak to three on Friday. Belcher turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 293 yards and five touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Munday's probably not too fond of Belcher given he always seems to get the better of them. Belcher threw for 241 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76% of his passes, and also rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Moguls duked it out back in October of 2023.

Braylon Nava Delivers Best Effort of Season
Electra was led to victory by Braylon Nava, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Nava wasn't messing around, rushing for 54 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. The matchup was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble, making ten total tackles, and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned for a touchdown.
The win for Electra keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Tigers dukes it out withSeymour at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pinkerton Made His Presence Known in Haskell's 24-13 Loss
While Haskell might've come up empty on Friday, Haegen Pinkerton wasn't going down without a fight. Pinkerton turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 112 yards and a touchdown.
Haskell's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3. Pinkerton and Haskell are taking a road trip to square off against Munday at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ian Mckiddy Turns in Season-Best Performance
Electra was led to victory by Ian Mckiddy, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Mckiddy threw for 225 yards and three touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also punched in a rushing score.
On the season, Mckiddy has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 93.4 passing yards per game.
