Eugene entered their tilt with Harrisburg on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Chase Richard made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Garet Wood, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one RBI. Another player making a difference was Jeffrey Schulte, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Eugene pushed their record up to 17-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.6 runs over those games. As for Harrisburg, they now have a losing record of 9-10.
