Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Camden). They skirted past the Johnson/Washington Tech Governors 57-54. The win was some much needed relief for the Patriots as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Camden's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Johnson/Washington Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Camden will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Johnson/Washington Tech, they will head out on the road to challenge South St. Paul at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
