El Cerrito is a perfect 10-0 against Kennedy since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Gauchos will face off against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (El Cerrito has three straight victories, Kennedy has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
El Cerrito's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Richmond as they made off with a 25-0 win. Considering the Gauchos have won 15 matches by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Courtney Miles was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over 4.2 innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single hit in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 4-for-5 with five RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February.

Everything went El Cerrito's way against Kennedy when the teams last played back in March, as El Cerrito made off with a 20-2 victory.
