The Flanagan/Woodland Falcons entered their tilt with the South Beloit Sobos with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Flanagan/Woodland took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 52-0 victory over South Beloit. Considering Flanagan/Woodland has won six matchups by more than 34 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
It was another big night for Kesler Collins, who rushed for 267 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per carry. Flanagan/Woodland also got a significant boost from Payton Quaintance, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 80 yards.
Flanagan/Woodland's victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-3. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 41 points. As for South Beloit, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-3 record this season.
Flanagan/Woodland will face off against Amboy/LaMoille/Ohio at TBD on Friday. One thing working in Amboy/LaMoille/Ohio's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last six contests. South Beloit does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
