Dunlap scored a full 58.3% of Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer's points, the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Leading Conestoga to victory were Zachariah Smith and Owen Trofholz. Smith scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and three steals, while Trofholz scored 25 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Those 25 points set a new season-high mark for him. Mason Merwald was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Conestoga, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1.
Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer will square off against Bruning-Davenport/Shickley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Conestoga, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Nebraska City at 7:30 p.m. Nebraska City will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Nebraska Rankings (they are ranked 229th, while Conestoga is ranked 35th).
