Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers  on Friday. Bradenton Christian claimed a resounding  32-0 win over Foundation Christian Academy. Considering Bradenton Christian has won five matchups by more than 25  points this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
Bradenton Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Holland Hume led the charge by throwing for 210 yards and one  TD while completing 72.7% of his passes.  Dylan Herron helped  Hume out on the ground, rushing for 68 yards and one  touchdown.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Bradenton Christian's defense and their four sacks. In that department,  Jeremy Worley was the leader with three.

The  victory keeps Bradenton Christian at an undefeated 7-0. The  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.8 points on average over those games. As for Foundation Christian Academy, their  loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming  contests. Bradenton Christian will challenge The Classical Academy of Sarasota at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they will face off against Shorecrest Prep at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Chargers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32  points per  game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
