Those  four  passing touchdowns gave  Desmond a new career-high. Penn-Trafford's leading receiver  Nick Ponko was  Desmond's top target yet again, picking up 90 receiving yards and one  TD.
 Meanwhile, Greater Latrobe didn't have quite enough to beat Gateway on Friday and fell  27-24.
 Greater Latrobe's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Penn-Trafford, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.
