Despite the defeat, McDade saw an underclassman step up: Alexis Pacheco dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 steals. Summer Jacobs was another key contributor, scoring six points along with nine steals and eight rebounds.
Richards now has a winning record of 9-8. As for McDade, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
