After flying high against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences last Thursday, Sherman Oaks CES came back down to earth. Sherman Oaks CES fell 2-0 to Triumph Charter on Friday. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Sherman Oaks CES couldn't push the score so high this time.
Sherman Oaks CES's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-2. As for Triumph Charter, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sherman Oaks CES will square off against Vaughn at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. Vaughn will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. As for Triumph Charter, they will head out on the road to challenge Lakeview Charter at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
