Lane Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They took  a  5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fairmont Firebirds. The  match marked the Champions' lowest-scoring  contest so far this season.

The  game will  give Lane Tech their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Fairmont, they will face off against Bradford at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday.
