The Legacy Tigers will square off against the Bell Eagles at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Legacy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 27  points per game  this season.

 Meanwhile, Bell hadn't done well against South Gate recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. Bell had just enough and edged South Gate out  42-40.
  Erick Stubbs continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 320 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. Those 320  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: Bell was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 421  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Bell didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over.  Christopher Gomez led the group effort, picking up two of those  interceptions all by himself.
 Legacy's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bell, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record  this season.
 Legacy strolled past Bell in their previous meeting  back in September of 2023 by a score of  31-14. Will Legacy repeat their success,  or does  Bell have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
