Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Show Low beat Monument Valley 55-50. That's two games straight that Show Low has won by exactly five points.
Show Low can attribute much of their success to Aubrie Wilson, who scored 13 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds, and Raquel Wilson, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 10 steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Wilson has scored at least 25% of Show Low's points. Grace Moore was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
Round Valley has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season. They put the hurt on Pinon with a sharp 52-26 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Round Valley.
Their wins bumped Show Low to 6-0 and Monument Valley to 2-1.
