Don Lugo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-60 heartbreaker at the hands of the San Dimas Saints. One positive for the Conquistadores, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Don Lugo's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for San Dimas, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Don Lugo will venture away from home to challenge Ayala at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for San Dimas, they are taking a road trip to face off against Bonita at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
