After a string of six wins, Westampton Tech's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost 15-9 to the Pemberton Hornets. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Quamere Christie was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. Devin Graziano also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 8-4. As for Pemberton, they moved to 3-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Westampton Tech will venture away from home to square off against Moorestown Friends at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pemberton, they will host Palmyra at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight.
