The Raiders blew past the Crusaders 12-1. That 11 run margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.
Riley Torres was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Torres was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Bethesda Christian hit Herron with a seven-run sixth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Achaeans came up short against the Patriots, falling 17-2. The Achaeans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Herron saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayla Page, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 5-10. As for Herron, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter might still be hurting after the 12-1 defeat they got from Herron in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Can the Raiders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
