Their game last week wasn't at all kind to Douglass, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They enjoyed a cozy 40-22 win over Manassas. That result was just more of the same for Douglass, who also won the last time these teams played.
The victory bumped Douglass' record up to 3-2. Manassas are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Douglass take on Germantown at Homecoming at 7:00 PM. As for Manassas, they will face off against St. Benedict at Auburndale.
