Cape Henry Collegiate was dealt a 71-37 loss at the hands of Miller School of Albemarle on Saturday.
Miller School of Albemarle's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jason Clarke led the charge by scoring 24 points along with 4 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Clarke has scored at least 25% of Miller School of Albemarle's points. Another player making a difference was Reece Hagy, who shot 4-for-6 from deep and dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds.
Cape Henry Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Miller School of Albemarle, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
