Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Middle College Cougars walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Titans on Wednesday as they made off with a 8-2 win. The win was familiar territory for Middle College who now have five in a row.
They hit Community Charter with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Kosisochukwu Njoku (4),

Omar Torres, and
Diangelo Urtiz.

Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those five contests. As for Community Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-3-3.
Middle College will head out on the road to take on Contreras at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Community Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
