The Bishop Seabury Academy Seahawks had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Hartford 88-19 on the road.
Bishop Seabury Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Chase Honarvar out in front who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 21 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jace Hoffman, who scored 23 points along with 6 assists and 4 steals.
Bishop Seabury Academy's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Hartford, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Bishop Seabury Academy will head out on the road to face off against Veritas Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Veritas Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Monday. As for Hartford, they will play host again and welcome Southern Coffey County, where tip off is scheduled for TBD on Thursday.
