Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Beddingfield to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sa'Naiya Coppedge, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Natasha Marshall, who scored 8 points along with 5 steals.
Beddingfield's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Smithfield-Selma, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beddingfield won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hunt at 5:45 p.m. on November 28th.
