Fairview is 7-0 against Continental since December of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Fairview Apaches will get right back to it and host the Continental Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. The timing is sure in Fairview's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Continental has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
On Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Fairview beat Wauseon 50-44. The victory was just what Fairview needed coming off of a 69-34 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 46-7, which was the final score in Continental's tilt against Tinora on Thursday. Continental has not had much luck with Tinora recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Kenzie Shock was Continental's leading scorer, having posted three points.
Ella Siefer held things down on the boards with nine rebounds. Siefer took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with an assist.
Fairview now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Continental, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
Everything came up roses for Fairview against Continental in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 as the squad secured a 65-32 victory. Will Fairview repeat their success, or does Continental have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
