After three games on the road, American History is heading back home. They will take on STEMCivics at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. American History has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 350 points over their last six games.
American History pushed their score all the way to 55 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 60-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Voorhees.
American History might have lost, but man, Ahmad Woodard was a machine: he scored 23 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Woodard has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Edgar De Los Santos, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, STEMCivics entered their tilt with Maple Shade with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. STEMCivics took their match on the road last Tuesday with ease, bagging a 84-54 win over Maple Shade.
American History has been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for STEMCivics, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season.
Everything came up roses for American History against STEMCivics in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 70-28 victory. Does American History have another victory up their sleeve, or will STEMCivics turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
