Norwalk barely beat Sigourney the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors' pitchers stepped up to hand the Savages a 10-0 shutout on Saturday. The Warriors not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since May 27th (when they won 13-3).

The victory made it two in a row for Norwalk and bumps their season record up to 14-12. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Sigourney, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Norwalk didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Wayne on the 20th. Sigourney has also already played their next matchup (against Collins-Maxwell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
