The King's Academy Lions had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They secured a 55-49 W over Lakeway Christian Academy. That result was just more of the same for these two, as King's Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Harrison Rollins continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jack Townsend, who scored seven points along with five assists and two steals.
King's Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-19 record this season. As for Lakeway Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
King's Academy will be playing at home against Collegedale Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully King's Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Saturday. Lakeway Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
