After losing to Stamford the last time they met, Anson decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Anson Tigers took down the Stamford Bulldogs 45-27 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

The win got Anson back to even at 9-9. As for Stamford, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Anson will venture away from home to take on Haskell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Stamford, they will square off against Hawley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
