In what's become a running theme this season, the West Lafayette Red Devils gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They blew past McCutcheon, posting a 56-28 win at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for West Lafayette.
West Lafayette got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sarah Werth out in front who scored 19 points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrianne Tolen, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and four steals.
West Lafayette pushed their record up to 14-9 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for McCutcheon, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-4.
West Lafayette will take on the Hot Dogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Frankfort focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Friday. As for McCutcheon, they will take on the Wildkats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Kokomo focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Tuesday.
