The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. Andrew's in their matchups with St. Vincent's: they've now lost four in a row.
St. Andrew's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Claire Fleming, who scored 10 points along with 8 rebounds, and Addison Yates who scored 14 points along with 6 steals.
St. Andrew's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for St. Vincent's, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
St. Andrew's will be playing at home against Statesboro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Statesboro focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine last Tuesday. As for St. Vincent's, they will head out on the road to face off against Jenkins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Jenkins and St. Vincent's are at an even 4-4 over their past eight head-to-heads.
